سنسور دما و رطوبت مد نظر از جمله ارزان قیمت ترین سنسور موجود دربازار بوده که همراه با شیلد مخصوص پلاستیکی ارائه می شود
پروتکل ارتباطی این ماژول با میکروکنترلرها تک سیم است خروجی این ماژول دیجیتال و کالیبره شده می باشد
این سنسور تشکیل شده از یک مقاومت حرارتی متصل به میکرو 8 بیتی است . از جمله کاربردهای این سنسور در اندازه گیری رطوبت هوا ، تجهیزات پزشکی و انواع کنترل کننده دما می توان نام برد
از مزیت های این ماژول اندازه کوچک، قیمت مناسب، مصرف پایین انرژی ، قابلیت ارسال سریع سیگنال خروجی به فواصل بالای بیست متر با مقادیر دقیق و عدم نیاز به کالیبراسیون سنسور می باشد.
